Except it shouldn't affect the output, it will just take 2/3 the time to compile.

May even be faster with the more L1 cache.

Any chance of addressing the touchscreen bug that makes 13 unuseable for me when you do?

Otherwise I'll have to stick with 11. :(

Fair enuff, but that's the kind of (joking) mis-information that can spread way too easily... Match on dry grass :)

Naah, no one cares about what I'm writing, so I think I'm on the safe side

btw. I think FaeMinx referred to this

Just an issue I have found and I don't know if was there in the previous version...

If I highlight some text with the pen and then keep pressed to open the contextual menu (the right click menu) but I move the selection, the highlighted text becomes the cursor !! And I'm not able to click anymore in the entire OS !! Even the Pandora button doesn't open the menu... the only thing I can do is reboot, even if the OS is still working

EDIT: with ALT+F2 is possible to open the terminal without the mouse... can always be useful

EDIT 2: if firefox is killed the cursor returns normal and can click again

Ah, that one.
I'd say wait until there's a 14.0.1 build in case the problem is already fixed, then I might look at it... Firefox is a monster to debug though.

Just a thought but I'd suggest opening about:config and changing nglayout.enable_drag_images to False as I think it may mitigate or fix this issue.

Build it on both - and time it - and report what the difference was please?

Nobody's quite sure how much faster, if any, it is at some types of tasks.

I have 2 suggestions for the firefox pnd.
1. Use squashfs instead of iso9660 for a possibly smaller pnd (unless it affects performance too much or something)
2. In the last line of firefox.sh, change ./bin/firefox to ./bin/firefox $*
This will allow scripts to pass urls and other arguments to the firefox binary and allow me to fully use xfce's web browser function with my webbrowser script.
Thanks!

One request- can someone fix the japanese library for firefox 14? In the 13 there's always a few kanjis that are not displayed... it would be great to have a clean fix.
Thanks!

1 - Not going to happen. It requires too much memory to use a compressed image. Massive hit on performance.
2 - If I remember :)

Sounds like a font issue...

So this would not be related to Firefox ?
