true, but its more about demonstrating the possibilitiess of e-ink displays, rather then being an alternative for retro gaming. Just to mention it, this "tablet" uses an OMAP3621 and even has wifi b/g/n for 104€ on ebay

The e-ink screen kept "blinking" for almost two years before the custom batteries died! Due to the changing background colour (black and white), the small coloured pictures (which were printed on an extra layer) looked like they were being lit up by a backlight. Simple but brillant - so much fun to watch ; )
